免费服务和付费服务有什么区别？

XiaoYingLou makes reasonable efforts to generate photos according to the selected specifications and options, but different exams, visas, passports, schools, employers, or platforms may have their own review standards. Users should confirm whether the photo meets the relevant requirements before submission.

生成的证件照一定能通过审核吗？

You can use the homepage Photo Size Finder to search by purpose, exam, visa, document type, or keyword. You can also enter the WeChat Mini Program and choose or search for the right specification based on your actual submission scenario.

如果不知道应该选哪个照片规格怎么办？

Photo data is stored within China. To complete photo processing and generation, relevant image data is processed in the Alibaba Cloud environment through Alibaba Cloud AI Service Gateway and related image-processing services.

上传的照片会保存在哪里？

Yes. Users can delete individual photos, original uploads, or generated results in “My Photos” within the product. After deletion, we delete the corresponding image data according to product rules, except for necessary records that must be retained for legal compliance, transaction records, security risk control, or dispute resolution.

我可以删除上传照片和生成结果吗？

If the user has already deleted the relevant original upload or generated result, making it impossible for us to verify the issue, compare evidence, or confirm the service result, the related refund, points return, or regeneration request may not be accepted. We recommend not deleting related photos until the issue is resolved.

删除照片后还能申请退款或重新生成吗？

If the dissatisfaction is based on personal preference, expression, atmosphere, aesthetic style, or subjective impression, but the photo was generated normally according to the selected specification and main options, payment refunds are generally not supported. We may return the points used for that generation or provide another generation opportunity according to product rules.

结果不满意怎么办？

If a paid service cannot be delivered due to a system technical issue, such as generation failure with no result, inability to download the photo, or payment processing error, or if the paid result clearly fails to match the selected key specification or core option, we may provide regeneration, points refund, or payment refund after verification.

什么情况下可以退款？

Photo-related refund, points return, or regeneration requests should be submitted within 3 days from the date the photo result is generated or becomes available for download, with the order ID, issue description, and necessary screenshots.

退款或补偿申请需要多久内提交？

You may upload another person’s photo only if you have obtained their explicit consent and have the lawful right to upload and use the photo. You must not upload, process, or generate another person’s photo without consent, or use the result for impersonation, fraud, or misleading others.

可以上传别人的照片吗？

On desktop, scan the Mini Program code on the homepage to enter the XiaoYingLou WeChat Mini Program. On mobile, tap to open the Mini Program or follow the page guidance to search for “小影楼” in WeChat. After entering the Mini Program, choose an ID photo specification or profile photo style to begin.
